Norway used to be one of the best underdogs at this sort of tournament, although they never had a team packed full of stars they always used to have several of their players based at top clubs throughout Europe. These days they don't really have that and as a result they have struggled to qualify for the major tournaments, it will take a huge effort for them to make an impact at Euro 2012.
Norway To Be Eliminated At The Group Stage
Norway are not complete no hopers in their group but they are certainly not the favourites to qualify, either as group winners or runners up. Norway are unlikely to be disgraced but will probably end up just missing out on qualification.

Norway were winning most of their games by narrow margins during qualifying, at Euro 2012 the standard of opposition will get better so those narrow victories are likely to be turned into narrow losses. Backing correct scores on the exchanges that involve Norway losing by one goal (1-0, 2-1) look the best exchange bets on Norway.
Norway look most likely to finish third in their group which is what they are expected to do so there isn't much money to be made by backing or opposing them in the group or tournament index. Selling the number of goals they score in the tournament could be the best move, they have no real goalscorers and it would be no surprise to see them score just one or two tournament goals.
